Constipation??: You sound like you are constipated and also have hemorrhoids. There are a number of stool softeners available OTC and you also have to examine your diet or otherwise your constipation will return quickly. As to the hemorrhoids if they then continue to bother you even then make an appointment with a general surgeon.
