I have a small bump on the exterior right next to my anus and its extremely itchy not sure what it can be ? ive also noticed my anus is a grayish color on the exterior is that normal ? are the two correlated?

Anus: This small bump could be a cyst or ingrown hair. Lack of pain or tenderness rules out an infection such as a perianal pustule or abscess. The color of your anus doesn't suggest any pathology. To relieve itch, apply warm compresses, pat dry and apply a cortisone type ointment. See your MD as needed.
