Skin lesions: These may be warts, they need to be evaluated, you may have a transmissible sexual disease or some may turn malignant, please see a dermatologist.

Not skin tags: Those may just be hemeroids. See you doctor the confirm. Witch hazel can help with the itching. Stool softens are very important.
