Recheck the pressure: If your blood pressure truly is 65/50 you should be seen immediately. You should also have a fast heart, feel very weak, dizzy, sweaty, nauseous and not likely be able to check your own pressure or sit and type out a question. The pressure and heart rate needs to be rechecked and if somehow it really is that low call emergency services and do not try to drive.
