Maybe: Your usual BP is good. During illness, the body is under stress and the BP can certainly increase. It should return to normal after the illness. However, you appear to have a somewhat hypertensive response. This may indicate that you are at increased risk for developing high blood pressure. Don't smoke, exercise 30 minutes at least 5 days a week, and minimize sodium/salt in your diet.
