What you describe: sounds suspiciously like hypoglycemia...although I could not guess why...Do you have a family history of Diabetes?? The other possibility is mild "dumping" syndrome..(stomach EMPTYING too quickly) I note you have had your gallbladder removed and the BILE which now empties directly into your stomach (instead of being stored by the Gallbladder) may cause the stomach to CONTRACT too quickly!
