During my last period i dis not come close to filling a pad, only blood when i wiped, i had cramps but no blood, could i be pregnant or is it stress?

TSH level 4.50, going to Dr. Tuesday for it. My period will NOT stop, larger than normal clots and just bright red blood and its day 6! Taking Lysteda but not working well. Not filling pads every two hrs. Cramps, contractions out of control. Advice?
