Ca: Just needs to be followed If PTH is low there must be another reason for an elevated calcium but this is just mildly elevated

Don't let it go: A calcium of 10.7 and normal PTH is a type of primary hyperparathyroidism. If your calcium goes up, you PTH should go down yo normalize your calcium. That is not happening in you case due to a relative (not absolute) excess of calcium. Go see some one for this.
