NotWhatCap'nOrdered: Anything that doesn't over-stress the knees (e.g. hyper-flex under stress) should be fine. To quote an eloquent forum commenter: "That machine is absolute trash. You'll never get enough resistance from it to get any training done... Exercise machines sold on television tend to be bullshit. If you are interested in general fitness try [something else]. IMHO, better to find a trainer to help you .
