Therapy or ortho: Type II configuration of the acromion has to do with the curvature of the acromion, which is part of the scapula. The configuration of the acromion could cause impingement syndrome. AC joint arthropathy refers to arthritic changes in this joint. Decentering referred to the position of the humeral head in relation to the glenoid fossa. Consider therapy or orthopedic evaluation.
