Shoulder arthritis: not many 36 yr olds have oa in the shoulder in the glenohumeral joint, history of trauma or injury aside it is unusual. Treatment for oa is typically palliative. The shoulder joint usually mean the glenohumeral joint the large ball and socket jint. However the ac joint can get injured and lead to degenerative issues there. medications, injections, surgical debridement are the common treatments
