Maybe, maybe not.: I suppose it could, but I'm more inclined to believe that the mole could be, in reality, a callus. It is not uncommon for them to be between the toes, mainly because of the potential for the toes to rub against each other. They can cause a small amount of bleeding which would make it look brown and raised. When it comes off, it would be flat and have darker color. To remove all doubt, see a doc.
