Left lower side pain: For a woman there are only so many problems this can be. See your doctor for an exam. Have your urine checked for stones or infection, make sure your bowel is healthy and your L ovarian system. These may require other investigations. Look for a rash if you have had chicken pox that may be shingles. All the best.
