See a neurologist: Fears about another seizure are valid and can be lessened by seeing your neurologist. He or she can do some additional studies to determine your need for continued treatment.

What is your questio: You have been free of seizures for 16 years, and do you feel dizzy when you stand up and walk after sitting all day.Are you still on meds, what meds? It could be related to meds you are on, if not you need to see your doctor or neurologist to find out the cause.It does not seem to be related to seizures.
