My 10 year old has a fever. he gets dizzy when he walks. i gave him 10ml nurofen. it's come down from 39.5 to 38.5 in the last hour. do i wait and see of take him to see doctor?

Advise: I would suggest keeping him well hydrated, using Tylenol for fever, and seeing a physician. If he is having trouble breathing or vomiting, please see the emergency department.
