FLU ?: Supportive rx no drugs as long as the baby is eating, he is fine. See md if not sure.

Influenza?: See pediatrician to make certain child has flu & not a cold or other respiratory infection. If it is flu, the antiviral med tamiflu can be used in infants based on their weight. Use tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever (not aspirin!). Sooner u see peds, sooner child can be treated. [selsun blue is for dandruff & seborrheic dermatitis, not flu]. This fall have child immunized against influenza as preventive measure.
