Documented by test ?: The general approach to flu at that age remains promoting good hydration & basic nutrition. When hospitalized Tamiflu might be considered if very early in the course, but potential side effects limit its use in other settings. If the kid can pee every 6-8 hrs they are hydrated. Simple feeds are better tolerated than complex meals. Fever control using acetaminophen is reasonable.
