Need 2 B seen: Holes, lesions, break in integrity of the tissue inside the mouth can be from trauma, bacterial or viral infection, neoplasm, draining cyst/abscess, or any of dozens of other causes. Any bleeding, swelling, or (as in your case) pain should be investigated. Please call your Dentist for an examination.
