See a gynecologist: You need to begin by seeing a gynecologist who will do an exam to ensure that it is really a yeast infection and not something like lichen sclerosus. If it is, and if it is persistent despite fluconazole, then you need to see a physician who can check your immune system; your primary care physician can help refer you to this type of doctor.

Yeast infection: You may want to get checked for an autoimmune disorder or other causes of a suppressed immune system if you continue to struggle with recurrent infections.
