Have a recurring sore on chin,gets bigger when scab comes off to reveal yellow "cores"which just keep growing unless i dig them out...causing more dam?

Acne vs. lipoma?: Not sure what your condition is, or what's the diagnosis. U r rather on the old side to be getting acne ("pimples") although it has happened b4 in this age range. If u've had acne b4 (as a teenager, say) then recurrence is possible. But acne normally is "white", not yellow, under the scabs. Yellow implies lipoma- b9, fatty tumors. See a doc, get a diagnosis, then c about Rx. Damage is hard to say.
