Arthralgias: 24yo female with headaches and discomforts in multiple joints. If acute problem then might be viral. If more than week or two, then there is concern for a systemic disorder, and a complete exam is in order to rule out endocrine or autoimmune disorder; a Rheumatologist would be advised. If no specific findings, then fibromyalgia becomes a consideration.
