H2O, Exam, Dx and Tx: The solution may be simple or complex, but the 1st step must be staying hydrated and having a good examination based on true facts, possible lab work/imaging and physical exam. Once there is a Dx, treatment recommendations need to be followed w/ good diet/life style changes perhaps too. I hope you feel better soon.
