Bending/cramping/BM: Does it happen when not at work? Consider evaluation for gallbladder / gastritis w/ H. pylori, -irritated by bending. Rarely carcinoid . May benefit from CT abdomen/ pelvis to assess gallbladder, pancreas, and lymph nodes and then may need colonsocopy and /or small bowel follow through to look at bowel .May also be anxiety., irritable bowel F/u w/ gastroenterologist
