You might try: Daily fiber which can help both constipation and diarrhea, but may cause gas.If u feel ok otherwise, see how it goes over one more week with daily fiber. Good luck.

See answer: Drink plenty of clear liquids for a day, then slowly increase your diet to soft foods and then with more fiber in the diet. If still with symptoms after that, see GI dr. Best wishes.
