See your doctor soon: Your bisoorolol was prescribed partly for "rate control"; that is, to keep your AF heart from beating too fast to effectively drive the blood circulation. A rate of 50 is low because it's less than 60 & risks making the heart beat too slow to effectively drive the blood circulation. If you are fatigued or light headed, then you need attention ASAP. But see your doctor soon. Hope that helps.
