Incr breast milk: Initially the best way to increase breast milk is to suckle the baby as often as the baby wants. The more the baby empties the breast the more it's milk production. Trying to relax and not get worried is also very important. Doctors in some countries use medications like metoclopramide ( Reglan).to increase the flow of breast milk. I feel the first two are the most important.
