Here are some...: Getting a cut to glans penis is not easy to happen throughout 'normal" sexual intercourse if there is no tight long foreskin with its related inflammation or infection, and no sex-related trauma by using physical aid. But once trauma occurs, the best thing to do is keep the area clean and dry with light use topical antibiotic cream 1-2 times daily; in 3-5 days, it will heal. If not, see doc timely
