See urologist: This pimple seems to be something benign, has been there for 4 years with no change in size and no infection. Since it is bothering you, better consult urology who can examine you and explain about this pimple like spot, also if any treatment to be done.

Penis pimples: Could be a blocked gland and should resolve on its own but since it is hard to describe bumps accuratly it could be something else especially since it's been there for awhile such as a wart so please get it checked out.
