There isn't any : Particular degree of "foaminess" that clearly suggest concerning proteinuria. Many factors, including how fast you are urinating, the concentration of your urine and the properties of the water you are urinating into. If the foamy urine persists or is worsening talk to your doctor about at least a basic urinalysis.
