Of course, feces: has a certain weight or mass. If you have a sensitive enough scale (it sounds like you do) you will be able to detect when then mass has left your body and your weight has temporarily decreased. It is NOT loss and does not change your body composition other than there is a bit of water in the stool. Defecating has NO EFFECT on your weight loss progress. Stay well!
