Nizoral&neutrogena seem to relieve me of the itching from seborrheic dermatitis however don't really get rid of the flakes, how's selsun blue instead?

Seb derm flakes: Washing the hair more frequently, adding a salicylic acid or tar shampoo helps get rid of flakes, as does adding a cortisone solution to help decrease inflammation. If the seborrheic dermatitis is persistent despite treatment, please see your dermatologist.
