Poss drug related?: Is your husband on any medication or use any street drugs? Does he suffer from anxiety/panic attacks, as this may be associated with hyperventilating and facial tingling. Electrolyte imbalance or Vitamin def. may also be a contributing factor, so consider having labs checked. If he has any neurological changes or loss of consciousness, he will need to be taken to the ER for Immed evaluation.
