From 3 days i am facing 1 side headache i feel lazy its like ants in my head and body , whenever i ate something it get worse, i feel no energy?

All of this could: simply add up to a viral syndrome (mild infection with a virus which you will recover from without treatment) except the "ants in my head and body." If these symptoms are following the use of stimulants (meth, cocaine), the "skin crawling" is not unusual ... even with alcohol withdrawal. It can also be from exposure to poisons/pesticides, mercury. Rest, drink fluids, see Doc in another day or two
