Tingling : This sounds like a neurological neuropathy. Usually one sided could be from trigeminal neuralgia, or TMJ from grinding your molars at night, poor jaw alignment. Another cause is low calcium levels. Tapping the trigeminal nerve can illicit twitching which can be a supporting clue of low calcium levels.
