Abnormal sensation: As this sensation is in the head first rule out you do not have pediculosis, if negative, abnormal sensation usually results from nerve irritation. Have it checked out by a Neurologist.

What could cause imbalance or vertigo like sensation when walking and setting. Ear vng test and brian/head mri/mra, and blood work all were normal.
