I just ask a question about bumps on my daughter wrist she said they don't itch but she is scratching them they look like little blisters with a hole ?

Hard to say!: Rashes that look like blisters in one area, could be a contact allergy or dermatitis due to something like a watch or bracelet, especially with nickel, or it could be due to poison ivy or oak. Should be checked: the rash on the wrist should be checked by a Paediatrician or a Dermatologist.
