I just ask a question about bumps on my daughter wrist she said they don't itch but she is scratching them they look like little blisters with a hole ?

Hard to say!: Rashes that look like blisters in one area, could be a contact allergy or dermatitis due to something like a watch or bracelet, especially with nickel, or it could be due to poison ivy or oak. Also this could be shingles or insect bites. Consider a Healthtap Prime consult: you can upload a picture there and give more history. Put calamine lotion or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) lotion over the rash will help itch.

Should be checked: the rash on the wrist should be checked by a Paediatrician or a Dermatologist. From the description it appears to be molluscum contagiosum but it needs to be seen so that a proper diagnosis and plan of action can be recommended. Though the name sounds scary it is a mild condition and it is not very contagious.
