Hard to say!: Rashes that look like blisters in one area, could be a contact allergy or dermatitis due to something like a watch or bracelet, especially with nickel, or it could be due to poison ivy or oak. Should be checked: the rash on the wrist should be checked by a Paediatrician or a Dermatologist. From the description it appears to be molluscum contagiosum but it needs to be seen so that a proper diagnosis and plan of action can be recommended. Though the name sounds scary it is a mild condition and it is not very contagious.
