Exercise!: After an injury, activity decreases until healing and there is de-conditioning of the muscles, with loss of strength. This is corrected by gradually increasing strength, often with targeted exercises. Doing exercises DAILY for the low back and abdomen is important. Start slow and increase steadily. Pretty soon your back will be stronger. Consider better shoes, too.
