Yes.: Decreased hearing for two weeks needs to be checked out unless it is due to allergies and responds to an antihistamine. Either way, avoid loud noises in the meantime and avoid respiratory tract/skin irritants/allergens in the environment (like smoke, fragrances, aerosols).

Two weeks?: If your ear infection started two weeks ago, please see a doctor. Even if it's not infected, some anthistamine/decongestant can help drain the fluid which is keeping you from hearing well.
