Theoretic speak : two do not have direct correlation, but pain, especially if great enough, causes adrenaline and cortisol to rush out from adrenal gland. can lead to blood vessel spasms-contract and constrict. Which can, in theory, cause aneurysm to be more susceptible to these physiologic fluctuations. Aneurysms are areas where blood vessel wall is thinner because of the "bubble" effect. low on possibility though
