By UPTODATE: the mean size of a ruptured splenic artery aneurysm is 3.5 cm and the mean size of a nonruptured artery splenic aneurysm is 2.2 cm. So if you are asymptomatic and aneurysm of 2 cm has been stable for 5 years I would say the risk is low. Good luck!
