This is your body's: way of saying "Don't do that." At your age, you will likely quickly recover, but keep in mind that at any age, ethanol is toxic. It a poison that injures every cell it touches, which is all of them in your body when you drink. The eliminative organs usually suffer the most (pancreas, liver, kidneys, bladder) but ultimately the brain is the biggest loser. Drink in moderation, if you must.

Doesn't sound good: If you in fact aggravated you pancreas, that is not good If your drinking is causing health problems for you when you are 20 years old you can imagine the damage that you could have in the future. You need to take a serious look at your drinking. Consider attending AA meetings and you should have a psychiatric consultation to evaluate your state of mind. Now is the time to develop a plan .
