Talk w/ psychiatrist: The right one to ask is the doctor who is treating you. This is a good general rule of thumb. It is part of your treatment and you are being responsible to ask. They need to know from you your medical history and all drugs you take and how you did at 20mg. Don't worry, just call the office to ask.
