On citalopram for 3 days but have side effects, and increased anxiety and panic attacks u think a dr could change me to prozac (fluoxetine) since its fast acting?

SLOW IT DOWN: May need to just reduce the dose a little of the citalopram. There is no faster acting medication and Prozac (fluoxetine) would not be faster. When you have anxiety you need to go on medication very slowly to avoid increase in anxiety.
