9 months ago i began not felling well had some chest pains. i have had a stress test ekg and imt test all came out great. could it not be cardio relat?

Likely noncardiac: It is actually impossible to tell if you have heart disease are not based on the information that you provide because it is not clear to me what 'came out great' means but also, have not described the quality and nature of your chest discomfort. Furthermore, I cannot tell what risk profile you have, i.e., if you have high cholesterol, diabetes, hypertension or anything else. A stress test that i
