I have a rash on my hands and is it possible for you to ascertain whether it is from an insect or urticaria?

In-person: Can't really determine this without at least a photo. Preferably in person evaluation.

Perhaps: Urticaria usually subsides in a few hours but a rash or insect bite usually lasts for many days. It is unusual to have just one single hive from urticaria.

Eval: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.
