? Contact dermatitis: Allergic contact dermatitis, poison ivy /oak can be the case, if you walked without socks wearing slippers or sandals in a garden or a park, it takes time to develop, you can try OTC hydrocortisone cream twice a day till it resolves, if no improvement in a day or so , see your doctor
