I cut my finger with a knife.. i got stitches and they are out now but my finger still hurts and when i move it the skin separates still... do i need more stitches?

Probably not: Delayed restitching of a wound following removal of the original stitches is typically not done as it can increase the chances of wound infection. Sounds like you should probably follow up with your primary dr or whoever put the stitches in to make sure the wound is healing appropriately and is not infected.
