Common tests for inherited hyper-clotting diseases include testing for antithrombin, protein C and S deficiencies, factor V leiden and prothrombin gene mutations. For acquired ones, tests may include antiphopholipid syndrome, myeloproliferative, PNH, etc. Fibrinogen is reactive and dysfibrinogenemia is rare for thrombosis, thus not included.
