Allergies: Try over the counter antihistamines and nasal steroid sprays if available OTC. If this doesn't help, see MD for exam and possibly allergy testing.

Allergies: Do not suffer. There are antihistamines and topical nasal corticosteroids that are over the counter that you could try using. There are allergy tests that can be run so that you can find out what your are allergic to. Go to a Doctor for allergy workup.
