I have poison ivy it started on my left foot then spread and i have a little on my balls do i have to go see a doctor and how can i make it go away?

Suggestions: Poison ivy is a delayed reaction of the skin to the oil of the plant. That's why it looks like it spreads - but it doesn't. Rash just appears at different times depending on when it was exposed. If you have showered since the exposure then the oil is gone. I try to avoid steroids unless wide spread and feeling miserable.
